Our Massage Career Preview events are intended to give you the answers and perspectives you need to decide whether earning massage therapy licensure is the right path for you.

At our Massage Career Preview, you can also check out our school’s facilities, chat with teachers, and try your hand at massage therapy through a complimentary introduction to massage class.

Our next Massage Career Preview is on Saturday, June 21^st. Here’s the schedule for that day:

10:00am to 12:00pm – Massage Career Preview

Get answers to your questions about massage. From licensure requirements, to job availability, to the average day in the life of an LMT, we’ll cover it all. Bring your questions about East West College and massage in general. A licensed LMT and an admissions rep from East West will be in attendance.

12:30pm-3:30pm – Massage Intro Class
This is your opportunity to get some hands on experience with massage. An East West College instructor will cover basics, including how to set up your table, how to properly drape a client, and how to do a few basic massage strokes. We will work in pairs, so either bring a partner, or we will pair you up with a partner at the event. It’s recommended that you wear loose clothing that’s easy to move in.

Massage Career Previews are held on the East West College campus, at 525 NE Oregon Street, Portland, OR. Street parking is available, as well as nearby paid parking lots.
